Punctuality
Please arrive on time. This will ensure your full appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened time, as a courtesy to our next client.

Cancellation/No Shows
Please honor our commitment to you by giving at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so that we may fill that appointment. Please allow 72 hours for larger packages. Large packages or repetitive no-shows require a Visa or Mastercard to secure your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% and no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Please call as soon as you know, so we can change the appointment for you.

Prepaid appointment policy

Prepaid appointments are treated as gift cards purchases. No refunds will be given for prepaid appointments. If cancelled with proper notice then a gift card will be issued for the amount.

Product refunds

Product sales are final. Exchanges and store credit options are available. Products that are damaged or not meeting high quality standards will be given 100% refund.
