Covid response
Clients are scheduled with 30 minutes between appointments for cleaning and sanitizing. Please reschedule if you have Covid symptoms or have been exposed to someone with symptoms. Please wear your mask.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time. This will ensure your full appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened time, as a courtesy to our next client.

Cancellation/No Shows
Please honor my commitment to you by giving at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so that that appointment may be filled. Please allow 72 hours for larger packages. Large packages or repetitive no-shows require a Visa or Mastercard to secure your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% and same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Please call as soon as you know, so we can change the appointment for you.

Prepaid appointment policy
Prepaid appointments are treated as gift cards purchases. No refunds will be given for prepaid appointments. If cancelled with proper notice then a gift card will be issued for the amount.
